The company was started over 50 years ago by the senior Terry, a firefighter with a need to customize his fire coat.
C-shifting for a canvas company he added a HT and flashlight pocket to his coat. Seeing that the other firefighters at his department like the idea he added pockets to their coats.
He then added a sewing machine to a step van and went on the road.
In the early sixty’s LA City Fire had him design the BA pouch for their firefighter’s. he then went from station to station added the pouch and other items to the turnouts .
After having the LA City contract for 30 years and working in most of So. Calif, city’s he retired and the next generation took over. The next generation took the company into other items that firefighters needed.
Being mobile made it easy to design item at the stations. From rope bags to hi-rise straps, anything that they couldn’t find we made.
Next came the custom graphics, making it a all in one shopping spot. Making custom Mag panels to equipment labels, heat press name panel to about anything that firefighter could come up with we’ve done.
We are always coming up with new items that firefighters design.
